Pre-coded, not just extracted
Every transaction is matched to a Chart of Accounts code (Xero standard), so it's ready to import — not just a list of numbers you still have to categorise.
Balance-checked automatically
The extracted transactions are cross-checked against the statement's own opening and closing balance, and flagged if anything doesn't add up.
Review CSV file
You'll get this alongside the Xero-ready CSV — same transactions, but with a confidence level, the matched Code and Account, and a Note explaining the reasoning for each row, so you can quickly spot anything worth a second look.
Various banks and formats supported
Works across the different statement layouts and export styles Australian banks and card providers use, with a built-in retry mechanism that automatically re-checks pages against the statement's printed balance to maximise extraction accuracy.
Xero-ready CSV
A separate precoded import file with Date, Amount, Account Code and Tax Type already mapped — ready to drop straight into Xero's bank statement import, no manual coding needed.
Discarded after processing
The statement is only kept as long as it takes to convert it, then deleted — it's not stored or used for anything beyond producing your CSV.
